Disneyland Paris tickets are dated and valid only for the date(s) selected.
It is possible to cancel or modify a reservation up to 3 days before your visit. To do so, please contact our customer service department by clicking here.
Once this deadline has passed, the park will not accept any cancellations for any reason whatsoever, in accordance with its terms and conditions.
If your reservation also includes a night's stay in a hotel close to Disneyland Paris, it will unfortunately not be possible to make any cancellations or changes.
