If your bank offers it, this payment method is proposed for all the products on the site. You will systematically receive a verification code from your bank on your cell phone to finalize the transaction. If your payment is not validated while the 3D Secure is activated on your card, please contact your bank.

The amount of your voucher or credit note will then be deducted from the total amount of your order. If there is still a difference to be paid, it will be possible to do so via a credit card.

Whatever the payment method used, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order. This will inform you of the status of your order.

You didn't receive the 3D Secure code by SMS?
Contact your bank directly, and ask them if the 3D Secure is activated.
If not, you will have to request it from your bank. For information it is not possible to deactivate this security system on our payment platform.
Your order will only be validated once Tick'nBox has received your payment.
Consequently, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you so that you can find out your order number, which you should keep. Remember to check your spam.
