Payment

The payment can be made on our site, thanks to the following means of payment:

Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, CB card, Maestro card, e-carte bleu): the payment by credit card is 100% secure, with 3D Secure technology by our bank: Crédit Agricole.
If your bank offers it, this payment method is proposed for all the products on the site. You will systematically receive a verification code from your bank on your cell phone to finalize the transaction. If your payment is not validated while the 3D Secure is activated on your card, please contact your bank.

Voucher or credit note:

The amount of your voucher or credit note will then be deducted from the total amount of your order. If there is still a difference to be paid, it will be possible to do so via a credit card.
Please note: promotional codes cannot be combined with each other and cannot be used on orders paid with a credit note.

Whatever the payment method used, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order. This will inform you of the status of your order.
A second email will inform you when your order has been sent (a tracking number will be given to you so that you can follow the delivery of your order).

You didn't receive the 3D Secure code by SMS?
Contact your bank directly, and ask them if the 3D Secure is activated.
If not, you will have to request it from your bank. For information it is not possible to deactivate this security system on our payment platform.
Your order will only be validated once Tick'nBox has received your payment.

Consequently, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you so that you can find out your order number, which you should keep. Remember to check your spam.
