-14 days after receipt of the order:
It is always possible to ask for a refund of your order, if it has not been used.

To do this, please send us your request by email to 
serviceclient@ticknbox.fr, indicating the number of the order concerned.
This number can be found in the order confirmation email that was sent to you (remember to check your spam and junk mail).

The amount debited at the time of your purchase will then be credited to the card used for your payment, within a few days.

Please note that it is also possible to 
exchange the giftset ordered. To do so, we invite you to consult the "EXCHANGE" section.

-More than 14 days after receipt of the order:
It is possible to exchange your Tick'nBox free of charge for a voucher, valid on our entire website.
