Each order on our website is followed by the reception of an order confirmation email. Our teams then ship your orders from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 6 pm (excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email, this time confirming the shipment, sent directly to the address you provided (check your order confirmation email). This mail contains a tracking number (e.g.: 2L012500XXXXX).
- Fill in the tracking number, communicated after the shipment, here.
- If you ordered an electronic version, your e-card is sent by email a few minutes after your order. Remember to check your spam and junk mail.
