You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to retract (carrier's tracking as proof).

To be reimbursed, you just have to contact our customer service within 14 days following the delivery of your order, via this
 contact form, by specifying the number of your order. Our teams will answer you from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6 pm (except on public holidays).
You will be reimbursed within 10 days, following the acceptance of your request.


If your purchase is more than 2 weeks old, you can ask to be reimbursed in the form of a voucher of the same value as your Tick&Box to be used on Tick'nBox.
