Why isn't the extension available on my giftset ?

If the online extension is not available for your giftset, please contact our customer service by clicking here.
All you need to do is give us your connection code and tell us that you would like to extend your giftset.

In response to your request, you will receive a discount code corresponding to the purchase value of your giftset, valid for 6 months.

Order the giftset you want from our store, then enter the code shown on your voucher in the "Discount code" tab. The new ticknbox.com login code will be valid for 24 months from the date of your order.

Don't forget to check your spam and junk mail regularly, as our e-mail containing your credit may be in there.
