Without proof of purchase, no activation will be possible.

As soon as we receive all this information, we will proceed with the activation of your giftset and will get back to you as soon as possible (from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6 pm, excluding holidays).
If you no longer have the proof of your purchase, we invite you to contact your retailer who will be able to reissue it.
Our teams are available to assist you in this process, even if activation in this case does not depend on Tick'nBox.

We invite you first to contact the person who gave you the giftset in order to find out :
- If they still have proof of purchase (sales receipt, order confirmation e-mail, etc.): in which case, the person in question can send it to us at the following address: customerservice@ticknbox.com.
- If they can provide you with the name of the point of sale and the date of purchase of the giftset.
We can, with this information, contact the retailer to activate it. Please note that in this case, our teams are available to assist you in this process, but unfortunately we are unable to activate a giftset that was not purchased on our website, without proof of purchase.
