Why are some dates/attractions not available?

There are several reasons for the unavailability of a date:

  • Reservation delay: a minimum delay of 6 working days is necessary to allow us to issue valid and recognized tickets at the entrance of the monuments & attractions.
  • Closed attraction / Monument : check the opening dates on the official websites of the partner in question.
  • Reservation unavailable for the moment: as a reseller, it is possible that our ticketing service is a little behind the official website. We therefore invite you to reconnect later.
  • The attraction I want to book is not available: the list of attractions in the guide is not exhaustive and may change. If you do not find an attraction on your personal Tick'nBox space, this means that we are unfortunately no longer partners. Indeed, some partnerships have unfortunately expired, but others may come into being! We invite you to look for other attractions.
  • Current special season (Christmas, Halloween, etc.): your box gives you access to certain dates, but not always to the special seasons offered by our partners, because very often the tickets for this period are more expensive than the value of your box.
