As indicated in the Check & confirm step when you make your reservation, as well as in your order confirmation email: once your reservation is made, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify or reschedule your tickets.
It is therefore necessary to check before your reservation the date, time and place of the event, as well as your availability, especially if the event is not yet fixed (as a reminder, soccer, rugby, basketball or handball matches can be fixed up to 10 days before the date of the match).
